Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery or purchase for a full refund. If the purchase is made in the store, you must have present the receipt to receive a refund.  The item(s) being returned must be in a condition approved by the store manager; otherwise, no refund will be issued.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Sale items are final sale and no returns on sale items are allowed.

Refund(s) will be issued via a Boutique 309 gift card for in-store purchases.  Refunds will not be issued in cash or credited back to a credit/debit card.

For purchases made via the Boutique 309 website, refunds will be issued back to your credit/debit card.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
